How WebLab Academy handles your information

We collect account details such as names, email addresses, user roles, profile information, tutor applications, lesson bookings, enrollment records, homework, messages, feedback, and support requests.

When payments are made, checkout is handled by our payment provider. We store payment status and lesson credit records needed to confirm purchases and manage lessons, but we do not store full card details.

We use information to create accounts, verify tutor profiles, match students with tutors, schedule lessons, send confirmations, process support requests, keep learning records, and improve the platform.

Tutors may see the student and lesson information needed to teach and communicate. Students may see approved tutor profile details, availability, subjects, and learning materials related to their lessons.

Student information is used only for learning, booking, platform safety, and support. Students should not share passwords, private payment details, or sensitive personal information in messages or homework submissions.

If a student is under the age required to manage their own online accounts, a parent or guardian should help supervise their use of WebLab Academy.

We use trusted service providers for authentication, database storage, email, calendar integrations, and payments. We limit access to information based on role and platform need.

No online service can guarantee perfect security. If you believe your account or information has been exposed, contact us as soon as possible.

If tutors connect calendar tools, we use that connection to help manage availability, busy times, and meeting setup. Tutors can disconnect calendar access from their portal when they no longer want the integration active.

You can ask us to correct account details, review information associated with your account, or request deletion where we are not required to retain records for payments, safety, dispute handling, or legal reasons.
