Student Help

Your guide to learning on WebLab Academy

Use this guide when you are booking your first lesson, preparing for a session, checking homework, or figuring out what to send your tutor.

Quick Start

  1. Browse tutors and choose someone who teaches the subject you need.
  2. Open the tutor profile, review their bio, subjects, and lesson options.
  3. Book a package or lesson, complete payment, and wait for confirmation.
  4. Use your student portal to follow lessons, homework, messages, and progress.

Before Your First Lesson

Write down what you want help with, including assignment links, topics, errors, or project goals.

Join from a quiet place with a stable internet connection and keep your code, notes, or homework open.

Finding the Right Tutor

Start from the tutor directory and filter by subject. Read the profile for teaching style, subjects, and lesson focus. If you are unsure, choose the tutor whose profile explains the exact topic you want to improve.

Good tutor messages are specific: mention your grade or level, the subject, what you have tried, and what you want to understand by the end of the lesson.

Bookings and Payments

After payment succeeds, your booking or lesson credits should appear in your account. If payment succeeded but the lesson is missing, contact support with your account email and payment date.

If you need to reschedule, message your tutor as early as possible. Include the lesson you want to move and a few times that work for you.

Lessons, Homework, and Progress

Your portal keeps lesson activity, homework, messages, and learning path notes together. Check it before and after each session so you know what to prepare and what to practice.

When submitting homework, include the actual work, what confused you, and any error messages. That helps your tutor give useful feedback instead of guessing.

Getting Support

For login problems, booking issues, missing lesson credits, or a tutor not responding, email support with your account email and the tutor name. For urgent lesson access issues, include the lesson time and any meeting link you received.
